The Managing Director Stephen Smith, a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner, has over ten years experience within the field, covering a wide range of topics and portfolio of industries.  Stephen has a NEBOSH diploma parts 1 & 2; NEBOSH general certificate and a NEBOSH construction certificate.  Stephen feels that his and Sphere’s success is measured where an obvious and potentially business threatening risk has been identified and a safe and practical solution has been recommend and put into place.  Simply put, Stephen feels that by protecting your workforce you protect your business.

Sphere has an excellent reputation on providing a quality service to companies that ensures a long lasting legacy of Health and Safety is built into a company’s culture utilizing behavioural safety and positive re-enforcement procedures and techniques.  A range of personal mentoring and support programmes have proven very successful in dealing with  individual safety perception and performance.  A telephone helpline is operated 24 hours a day to provide immediate backup and advice

Sphere is a registered training provider with IOSH and will identify and deliver training on a wide variety of related topics. It is able to provide the client with a top down training plan that runs in parallel and complements normal operational objectives.

Since forming Sphere, a team of qualified associates has been assembled that can be called upon to deal with specialities utilising their skills and experience.  Sphere has developed a proprietary template when working with clients that can quickly achieve results and are based upon proven management systems such as ISO18001; 6 SIGMA and HSG65.
