Sphere RHSM looks to supply long term business support and advice, this ensures that real value is embedded into the respective client organisation. This essential support and advice is controlled by utilising five main service areas. Each of these service area is dependant solely on the clients needs and the Clients own requirement to improve or maintain improved management control.

Straight Consultation Package
This offers the client a one off work stream, solely focused on a key risk that requires  amelioration.

Managed Services Package

Board & Senior Management Advice & Oversight

Fully Managed Package

Supervisory Package + site visits at least 1 day per week.

Observation Package + Helpline + 1 day site visits every 4 weeks

Observation Package

Value Package + Helpline + 1 day site visits every 8 weeks for essential service provision eg site reports, risk assessments etc

Retention Scheme Membership + Policy and Risk Assessment Review

All of Sphere’s Clients prefer to use The Managed Services Package as this provides essential services which are utilised by Sphere’s valued Clients. This service allows for an annual retained service (Retention Scheme Membership) which can be accessed at any time by the customer but with scheduled service appointments, which allow essential health and safety tasks to be undertaken and completed by quality competent personnel.

24 Hour Helpline
A 24 hour health and safety helpline is available to our Clients and is included within some packages. This service can be supplied as an added value package.

Sphere is happy to offer Clients services for one year up to three years and based solely on the needs and improvement profile of the Client.
